NGCGS invites you to join us in our search for family histories.

Northern Gila County Genealogical Society is a non-profit, free-standing, public service and genealogical research organization dedicated to the protection, preservation, and dissemination of family and local history information of Gila County, Arizona.

The Society was incorporated in 1982. You can read about our humble roots here.

The daily operation of NGCGS Library is solely dependent on dues, donations, and fundraising activities.

NGCGS is a 501(c)(3) organization and is not affiliated with any religious group, political or other organization.

NGCGS meetings are open to the public and are held at 11 a.m. on the fourth Saturday of each month (except November and December) and offer topical programs, such as:

Hours

Open to the public. Membership is not required.

9 a.m. to Noon on Thursday & Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Afternoons by appointment.

Volunteers are available for assistance in using the resources.

Meetings are at 11 a.m. on the fourth Saturday of the month, January through October (except July & August). Meetings are open to the public.
